UZ15 RAPID

• For regular steels (up to 60 kg/mm2 strength), some stainless steels, brass, copper and aluminium
• For bevelling of materials of minimum dimensions 70 mm width, 150 mm length, 6 mm thickness
• 6 - 40 mm thickness of bevelled material
• The machine is equipped with automatic feeding
• Extremely silent running of the machine
• Possibility of both stationary and mobile use
• The machine works on large workpieces without supporting unit at a speed of 3.5 m/min
• Smaller material pieces are loaded directly in the machine

MANIPULATOR 3D

• The 3D Manipulator enables easy and fast rotation of the UZ 15 RAPID machine by 180° in order to create both-sided "X" or "K" shape chamfer. Operator doesn't need crane to rotate the material = considerable time saving
• For double-sided bevel (X, K) without the need of material handling
• The machine can work upside down, no need to rotate the bevelled material
• Unique clamping system allows the beveller UZ 15 RAPID assemble and disassemble within few seconds without using any tools
• the beveler UZ 15 RAPID is “floating” on MANIPULATOR 3D and compensates unevenness of the floor (unique 3D system)
• The 3D Manipulator allows easy manipulation with the beveller
• The required height of the machine can be set up by a lift handle
• Travel is provided by massive wheels mounted on the carriage
• 3D Manipulator can be used as a stationary station
• 3D Manipulator can be used as a service station for easy maintenance of the machine
